What causes Chest Burn?
Basically, it occurs when the content of food in the stomach starts moving upwards, through
a narrow passage tube called the esophagus, this tube is connected to the mouth and its function
is to carry all that we eat as food to the stomach
This tube called the esophagus is connected to the stomach and this point is called cardiac-sphincter, its
some kind of regulating device and if it functions properly it closes as soon as the food inters from
this tube esophagus to the stomach
For some people this function does not work properly, maybe the sphincter becomes weaken, or its
malfunctioning, it leads to content of stomach which is,( acid+bile+food content) to start traveling
up word, and it starts irritating the tube called the esophagus, and it triggers this chest burn
In medical term, it also called as acid-reflux
Another comment reason which is also given,for the explanation of this chest burn occurrence
is that in some people, its result of
HIATAL HERNIA, so what it is?
It happens when a part of the stomach start pushing through the diaphragm into the chest
, because of this pressure on the chest this chest burn occurs
In the cases of pregnancy.it happens, why?
It occurs quite frequently in the condition of pregnancy, here progesterone, a major hormone
which is more active at the time of pregnancy, causes an impact on sphincter closing and opening
it slows its operation or in other words,it relaxes the process
Some times some health conditions and or some typical lifestyles are responsible for this

carbonated beverages

-Arthritis, osteoporosis medications
-Anxiety, insomnia, depression, Parkinson's medications
-Cancer treatments
-Hormonal therapy
So, as you see there are a lot number of reasons and causes which can trigger this
